Snipets and Bio of Gina's Life

Gina Jones was born in Jerome Idaho in 1962. Gina started singing along with records when she  was only 5 years old. By the time Gina was 9 years old she joined a family band where she sang and played the bass guitar. Her very first concert was at Buck Cody's Jamboree in Marcalene Missouri. Gina went on to open for Dottie West and Justin Tubb by the time she was 10 years old after the family band won a talent contest at the Sedalia State Fair. In between age 9 and 12 years old Gina sang at many Eagles Clubs, Opry houses such as Lee Mace's Ozark Opry, and  many other fairs. Gina also recorded a record that the band sold at their gigs.  At 12 years old the family moved back to Idaho as Gina continued her singing career in local pubs and fairs. By the time she was 14 years old Gina and her brother won a talent contest that took them to Nashville Tn to record a single record with Universal Records. Gina met Don Williams while there as you can see in the picture above. Universal Records signed Gina and her brother to a 5 year recording contract that did not pan out due to the company going bankrupt.

When Gina was 25 she made the decision to move to Nashville permanently where she sang at Gilleys, Barbara Mandrell Theatre, Lonnie's Famous Western Room and the World Famous Skull's Rainbow Room. Gina began to write with many well known song writers such as Barry Paul Jackson (We Didn't Go Near the Water/ Sammie Kershaw), Wayne Perry and Gerald Smith (What Part of No/Lorrie Morgan), Vern Gosdin (Famous Recording Artist), Toni Dae (I Don't Need the Booze to Get a Buzz On/Alan Jackson). Gina also became fast friends with such people as Tim Mc Graw, Kenny Chesney, Tracey Lawerance, Terri Clark, Jim Dandy of Black Oak Arkansas and more. Gina joined a band called The Country Music Review where she opened for over 35 Grand Old Opry Stars with The United Opry Tours. Such great's as Porter Wagner, Jeannie Sealy, Jeannie C Riley, Bobby Bare, Jim Ed Brown, Jeannie Pruitt, Connie Smith and many more. In 1994 Gina recorded an album produced by Wayne Perry which has been sold online and has recieved some air play on internet radio overseas. In 2010 Gina had 3 songs recorded by a Southern Gospel Quartet called The Peach State Quartet. The song they released called Right on Time God went on the Internet Gospel Charts. She has had 3 song cuts by Independant Lable Artists and currently still writes and pitches her songs to artists and labels all over the world. In the late 90's Gina's life changed for the better. Gina's Life has gone through many great changes in the past 22 years after she experienced a Supernatural Near Death Experience shere she heard the Voice of the Lord tell her to PRAY for the desire to do drugs to be taken away.. Gina prayed and the breath came back into her body and although she was delivered of a $1500 a week meth addiction she did not become saved at that time. She continued on in a unsavory lifestyle until once again she heard the Voice of the Lord one morning tell her that she needed to get saved. This  was a miracle in itself since she had been raised practically Atheist wih no belief sowed into her life and running away because she had been bullied at school and mnay other issues at the age of 15 becoming a child bride at the age of 16 hense starting her cycle of husbands. She sold herself to man after man looking for a father's unconditional love through each husband or each touch from the opposite sex. Of course her attempts left her Broken and torn apart at the seams until she found herself on her face before God asking HIM to be her Husband, her Father and her everything. So needless to say Gina has a huge Testimony of overcoming rebellion, many addictions, medical issues and abuse. Gina is able to relate with anyone in this Ministry.

Gina has literally been The Woman at The Well in her lifetime and has now consecrated her life to The Lord considering that HE is now her husband and all that she needs.  She has been through a major life, mind and emotional change that has empowered and strengthened her Spiritually, Physically and Mentally and she is now equipped to GO OUT into The World as A Vessel of God's Power.

She became Ordained by Life Church Fairhope Alabama in 2004 and now has a 7 song Christian Album available for purchase that is going to be promoted by a major promotion very soon .

Gina does book some counrty gigs as well staying only beacuse that is her roots but she will sing some Christian songs as well but she realizes that God speaks through that as well. Jesus was the friend to the sinner and went to places no one else would go.  Gina's style of singing in the Christian arena is Southern Gospel/ Contemporary Christian with a country rock feel and beautiful worship. GIna has been given the gift of dreams and visions and many of her Christian Songs have been God Inspired in dreams.
